Ignacio has now lost 29.8 pounds, with 6-1/2 inches taken off his waist in just 5 weeks! Watch this to learn how we help you lose weight the right way… and train you to keep it off!
People who move better feel better.. and for the more than 70% of Americans who are overweight, losing weight makes moving easier; improves type 2 diabetes and pre-diabetes; decreases damaging stress pressure on the heart and arteries; reduces the risk of many common cancers; improves sleep; energy and so much more.
Ignacio finished Week 4 of Phase 2 of our healthy weight loss program down 25.8 pounds… still with a pain free right knee, light on his feet, no hunger pangs, and seeing his future now with a more functional, healthy, and active body.
He started Week 5 of Phase 2 on Day 29 with a morning journal entry, “A donut crossed my path today, and it looked so good! I don’t even like donuts… I think it was the not having them that made it look better. I didn’t eat it… But it was tempting and a little stressful. I’m concerned that not having it is going to create excessive desire for it after the nutritional supplement formula drops are discontinued. Also feeling mentally angry these past two days… Like my mind is in zombie mode. Little things are making me angry. Lunch helped a lot. I’m good now. I think 4 AM rising to 12 PM is too long to wait for food… Especially with my overactivity. I can honestly feel my body get energy about one hour after I eat. Dinner was great!… and kept me going past midnight with an extended family visit.” He awakened on day 30, down 1.6 pounds to 202.4.
Day 30 started with extra sleep and a renewed sense of energy. Ignacio enjoyed a good lunch with unsweetened coffee. He told me, “the only time I enjoy sweet in my coffee is when it’s raining and I’m home”. He also enjoyed some “free food” between lunch and a delicious dinner, including the now famous “cauliflower rice with lemon and salt”. Macros as measured using MyFitnessPal consistently look good with a low percentage fat in the diet. Steps mid range. Day 31 of Phase 2 weigh-in at 203.0, up just 0.6 pounds.
Day 31 energy good, lunch particularly satisfying, and dinner was “hearty and good”. Macros good. Steps good. Weight on Day 32 of Phase 2 at 202.8 pounds, a minor stall at 0.2 pounds down.
Day 32 lunch and dinner were “fantastic, steps were higher due to softball play. Ignacio told me, “I hit a home run and ran like a kid around the bases… injured my right knee rounding third, and regret my lack of foresight. I have just felt so good, I ran without caution.” Macros reveal high protein day… keeping fat low. Awakened on Day 33 of Phase 2 down 1.2 pounds to 201.6.
The worst part about Day 33 was dealing with the “knee injury”. Lunch and dinner were “tasty and satisfying”. Activity was too high and didn’t help the knee. Macros were good… and Day 34 of Phase 2 weigh-in was about the same at 201.8 pounds.
Day 34 lunch and dinner “really good and revitalizing”, macros good, and knee beginning to benefit from conservative treatment. Awakened on Day 35 of Phase 2 with weight down 1.6 pounds to 200.2.
Lunch and dinner on Day 35 were “just how meals were meant to be… healthy, tasty, and satisfying”. Ignacio journaled, “Much of the eating problem is that we just don’t know where to start. It’s great to receive this ‘mission critical for life and health’ training. Oh… and don’t forget to get the minced garlic… it makes enhancing the food much easier, and the taste so much better.” Macros for the day reveal an increase in fat percentage but still only 14 grams of fat consumed for the day. Steps mid range, and Day 36 weigh-in at 200.0 pounds… Down another 4.0 pounds for Week 5 of Phase 2… and a total of 29.8 pounds purged with over 6-1/2 inches taken off his waist since Day 1 of Week 1.
