On average, our patients pay more out-of-pocket when we are in the network than when we are out of the network. The primary reason is that our cash discounts are typically more significant than the discounts established when we contract with the insurance carrier for the in-network provision of services.

Example Network Contracts
Regarding contract rates, our in-network contract with your insurance carrier requires us to collect $100 for a combination of chiropractic adjustments and therapies. Therefore, regardless of whether your insurance company pays for it, we cannot offer you the cash discount rate of a $47 adjustment and $12 therapy.
We understand that medical expenses can be costly, so we are willing to bill your insurance as an out-of-network provider. The worst-case scenario would be if your insurance company pays nothing; however, you would be only responsible for $47 for the chiropractic adjustment and $12 for the therapies. Lastly, we need contracts requiring us to collect higher patient fees.
Helping The Difference
If there is an instance where your carrier pays a portion forward, we will work with you to handle the remaining amount in the best way possible to get you the treatments you deserve.
If you choose one of our care packages, the fees are even more deeply discounted — about $20 less per session than our regular cash discounts. Otherwise, if you were to be paying every visit you have nothing to lose and only the possibility of gain if we bill your insurance for you.
